Jenni's Story
A recent trend popping up here at No Story Lost is children buying projects as gifts for their parents so they can get to know them better.
Often, they know a lot about their mom or dad’s recent years, their career, and their travels, but they don’t know too much about their early years, their family history, or even their parents’ love story.
That was the case for Jenni’s project. Her son came to us and asked us to work with Jenni to create a story book of her life.
From our first interview, we learned that Jenni is a fantastic storyteller and we loved learning all about her life. From her mom's Cornish pasties, her days on the jetty in Wallaroo, building her business with her husband, raising their two sons, travels in Italy, bike rides around the world, and her love of Ed Sheeran -her book covers a lot!
This was a special book to put together for Jenni and her family.
They got the book in time for it to be a Christmas present, and it sounds like Jenni’s sons have already learned a lot about her and she can’t wait for future generations to pick it up one day and do the same.
